The Pollution Control Association of the Philippines Inc. – Region 7 (PCAPI-7), a non-stock, non-profit organization comprising of Pollution Control Officers (PCO) from the private sector and local government units, was holding its Strategic Planning on February 9, 2013, Saturday, at Green One Hotel, Suba Basbas, Lapu-lapu City. This strategic planning for the year 2013-2014 is a very important activity as it will set the direction of the organization for the next two years.
