PCAPI-7 and PCAPI-7 Foundation celebrated Christmas with the children from Barangay Luz last Friday, December 4, at 9:30 AM with the theme “The Environment through the Eyes of the Children”. The event was participated by over 100 children, ages 7 -10. The program was hosted by 20 seminarian volunteers from San Carlos Seminary College who took the opportunity to spread Christmas cheer among the children, as well as campaign for proper solid waste management.
